“It's safe to say that the outcome and the final result of the challenge was definitely worthwhile considering that at times beforehand I had recently tried to discipline myself to lose weight and be prepared for a long and what would be a will-testing rugby season. Almost everyday mentally and physically I would regularly let the thought of coming in to 9ROUNDS CBD drain me hence I would then heavily procrastinate and delay times of when I would work out. This is something I'm definitely proud of overcoming as once completing my daily workouts I would find the greatest satisfaction in overcoming something almost similar to me as a fear knowing it would also be the best for me both physically and mentally"

“ I thought I’d take Walter aka “where’s Wally” on one of his favourite walks, first time since last autumn. We’ve done this one plenty of times but I noticed a huge difference during and after what working out for only 3 weeks has done for my fitness!!! Having him pushes me to go on hikes but I always ALWAYS struggle.
This walk I almost felt we could do another lap.
