The fitness program offered by 9Round CBD spans a period of 42 days, commencing from the agreed start date.

  1. Program Inclusions:
  • Participants in the program will receive the following:

  • Unlimited training sessions
  • Goal-setting discovery session
  • Weekly check-ins and feedback
  1. Results Guarantee:

We are committed to your success. If, after completing the 6-week program, you have not achieved a weight loss of at least 3 kilograms, you are eligible for a full refund of the program fee.

  1. Participant Responsibilities:
  1. To qualify for the results guarantee, participants must adhere to the following requirements:
  2. Attend a minimum of 4 training sessions per week.
  3. Strictly follow the provided meal plan throughout the entire program.
  4. Weigh in at the club when required to track progress.
  5. Proactively reach out and request assistance if not on track to lose 3 kilograms within the 6-week period.
  6. Take prompt action on advice given by 9Round to optimize progress.
  1. Refund Process:

To claim a refund, participants must submit a written request within 7 days of completing the program, outlining their adherence to the program requirements and lack of satisfactory results. Refunds will be processed promptly and may take up to 21 days to reflect in the participant's account.

  1. Modification of Program:

9Round CBD reserves the right to modify the program content or schedule if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

  1. Confidentiality:

All participant information and progress data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared without explicit consent.

  1. Termination of Agreement:

9Round CBD reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the program if there is a breach of conduct or failure to adhere to program requirements. In such cases, the results guarantee may be void.

  1. Agreement Acceptance:

By enrolling in the fitness program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
